Applying your Tweeting Folk Birds townhouse / ranch mailbox cover it’s pretty easy to convert your mailbox to a special and unique item. These covers require a flat surface, so they work with townhouse / ranch mailboxes that do not have any embossed decoration or signs. Magnetic mailbox covers work with steel boxes, for aluminum and plastic boxes we offer the self-adhesive vinyl covers. In case your mailbox doesn’t work with these covers, you can purchase the preinstalled cover on a brand new mailbox as well. Also, you can create your custom townhouse / ranch mailbox cover using you own pictures, adding your name, street number, etc.

Important: we create these covers for two standard mailbox sizes, before ordering them please measure your box properly! The holographic covers require a tiny (2mm) unprinted border on all sides

Shipping Fees:

Regardless of the number of products, orders shipped to Canadian and US addresses we offer $14 Flat Rate Tracked Shipping and FREE tracked shipping on all orders over $125, to Canadian addresses packages are shipped by UPS, Purolator or CanadaPost, to US addresses all the packages are shipped by UPS

Currently we ship our products only to the United States and Canada from our webshop, however, we can ship items internationally as well, please contact us for details.

Shipping address:

We ship packages to the registered PayPal Shipping Address or the entered shipping address only. In case the customer would like their package shipped to another location, they must add another address to their PayPal account, and select the desired address at the checkout.

Handling, Packaging and any other costs:

We do not charge any extra for handling and packaging, and there are no hidden fees whatsoever.

Our production and shipping department is located in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.

When the ordered items will be shipped:

Both, Custom and Stock items are shipped within 3 business days after cleared payment and approved proofs if any custom parts included.

Return Policy:

We offer 30-day-no-question-asked return and exchange to all our Customers, however the original shipping cost is not refundable and the return shipping cost (and in case of exchange, the new shipping cost) must be paid by the customer. Returned items must be in impeccable condition. We do not accept used or damaged items. The return and exchange policy apply to every type of items, except the customized orders. If the package arrives damaged, our customer is eligible for restitution, and we will resend the order.

Refund Policy:

Apart from the shipping cost, our customers will be fully reimbursed if they wish to return their items. Once the returned items are received, the customer’s money will be refunded to his or her account within two days. Please inform us by email at artist@mailboxartist.ca about any returns before you ship the unwanted item back.
